Uhh. I don't know. I was bored one day so I decided I'd run out and buy a webcam. The main purpose was to get some cool time lapse images from the view outside my window. That's already been accomplished, and you can see the videos below. Other than that... well. I was bored. What can I say?

What are you staring at?
I think this is one of the most frequent questions/statements asked of me other than "you look stoned/tired." Here's a photo of the computer desk with captions pointing out... just about everything.
Webcam Archive // A simple collection of photos from the webcam, or about the webcam, or just... there because they're there.

There are a few ways to get in contact with me. It'd be nice if you'd drop a note or something. You can ICQ me @ 75473713, or you can catch me on AIM as WhersMySox. I'm sure you could figure out my e-mail address, if you wanted to.

It's a 3Com HomeConnect Camera, it cost $130 from Best Buy. I was using WebCam32 software way back when. Now I'm using a Video4Linux driver with a bunch of script hacking to get the caption, date, etc. on there. I've probably dropped the stupid thing from varying heights more than five times and it's still working. It gives a nice clear picture... and it works for me. *nods*
